Hansford County Commissioners’ Court will receive bids until 4:00 on Friday, May 27, 2008 on up to 1800 tons of A-3. A-4, B-3 and B-4 gravel, F.O.B. the plant and F.O.B. the site (one-third to Spearman and two-thirds to Gruver sites) Bids should be submitted to the Hansford County Judge’s office, 16 Northwest Court, Spearman, Texas 79081-2052.
Bids will be opened on Tuesday, May 27, 2008 during the Commissioners’ Court meeting in the Law Library of the Hansford County Courthouse, Spearman, Texas. Meeting will begin at 10:00 a.m.
Hansford County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.

REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
Proposals for concrete work for the Gruver Independent School District, Gruver, Texas, will be received by the Board of Trustees until 1:00 p.m. on May, 19, 2008. Proposals shall be addressed to the Owner, The Board of Trustees, Gruver Independent School District, Gruver, Texas. Proposals should be delivered to the Board Room, 601 Garrett Street, Gruver, Texas 79040, or mailed to PO Box 650, Gruver TX 79040.
The scope of the Work includes replacing and adding sidewalks.
Contract will be awarded at the May Board of Trustees meeting.
Proposal Documents may be obtained from David Teal, Superintendent, Gruver Independent School District, 601 Garrett Street, Gruver, Texas 806-733-2001.
The successful Contractor will provide Commercial Liability Insurance and Worker’s Compensation Insurance certificates upon execution of the Contract for Construction.
The Work will commence on June 1, 2008 and the Substantially Complete no later than July 31, 2008.
The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities or reject any or all proposals.
All Proposals shall remain in effect for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of receipt unless returned sooner.
