Terms of Use

To demonstrate the Reporter-Statesman's area's pride and support of our men and women in active military service (and to help keep the cards and letters flowing to them, whereever they are stationed) the Hansford County Reporter-Statesman welcomes mailing addresses and photographs of all active duty military service personnel from the Hansford County area.

Information needed is the name, rank, branch of service, complete mailing address, and the name of parents and/or spouse. Include grandparents if you wish. You may also include email address, if any. The information, especially the mailing address, should be printed or typed and should be JUST like you would address the envelope if you were mailing them a letter.

The information and photograph (if available) can be brought to the Reporter-Statesman, 310 Barkley Street, Spearman or e-mailed to: reporter@spearmanreporter.com. The photograph should be attached as a separate jpg and not embedded in the information document.

Please notify the Reporter-Statesman of promotions, address changes and/or discharges.
