to the editor are welcomed as a means of encouraging debate among
varying public opinions. Submission of a letter does not guarantee
publication of that letter. Letters may be edited for grammar, style,
or length.

signed and must include the author's town of residence and a contact number for verification purposes. Letters will
not be printed with author's name withheld. (Your phone number will not be printed.)
